All usual chelation support supps need to be in place, vits, mins, liver support etc on and off round I usually suggest folks start with only 2 drops per dose for little kids, 4 drops for bigger ones and work up slowly over a few rounds. Sam is 100 pounds + and does 16 drops per dose, any higher and we have behavioural side effects, I am 200 pounds + and cannot get above 22 drops per dose, actually stuck to 16 myself this last round. Sam does have the CBS699T++SNP so he is not supposed to be able to handle lots of sulphur based stuff, I must have at least one of CBS699T so maybe that's why I cannot go higher without major headache. I do 5 days on 10 days off because that suits me and I think longer rounds lessen side effects when you stop, especially if you do not chelate very often or you are just starting out. I use inner arms because skin in thin there and gets through quicker IMHO but nighttime I do anywhere I can access There are 600 drops in a bottle, I get it to order because of sell by dates and the enormous amount of dosh tied up in stock if I didn't. If you have amalgams yourself then you should not touch it. Although while I was still having mine out I did give up with gloves and washed my hands immediately after without any obvious issue. When I started with Sam again and didn't wash my hands (fillings all out) I could feel effect in 20 mins FWIW HTH Mandi x
