Guest guest
Hey Jane. I bought some for . It is okay for in between washings. Kind of just freshens it a bit. He gets a "shower" in the sink 2 times a week where we lean him over and wash his hair. But the dry shampoo is a good thing to use. Not to mention it is pretty cheap too!Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerryFrom: Jane Bigler <janemhar@...>Sender: infantile scoliosis treatment Date: Tue, 22 Feb 2011 21:11:36 -0800 (PST)<infantile scoliosis treatment >Reply infantile scoliosis treatment Subject: Tresemme dry shampoo Hi everyone,I really have a hard time washing Grace's hair as often as I'd like with her in a cast. I know some hair stores (Sally's) carries waterless shampoo, but haven't been able to get any yet. I've recently seen this Tresemme product advertised: http://www.tresemme.com/Products/Fresh-Start/Fresh-Start-Dry-Shampoo/Has anyone tried it? Do you think it is safe to use on kids? Just curious what others' experiences have been. Thanks! Oh, and we get cast #6 in one week! Jane
Guest guest
Thanks , does it say on it if it is safe for kids? Any warnings? Just curious. Grace isn't my sensitive skin kiddo thank goodness, but you never know! I still use kid shampoo on her and Grant (Grant is my kid with sensitive skin, gotta love red-heads lol) to help lessen the chances of allergic reactions. Guest guest
I asked the pharmacist and he said it is totally safe. You can also go to a local beauty supply store and they carry some rinseless shampoos. You usually have to ask for them though because they are so hard to find. And if you're still worried, check with a dermatologist. They may even be able to tell you the best thing to use. I never thought about that until just now. Guest guest
When grandma found out about the cast thing, she went on a little shopping bing and bought all that stuff. We have tried " Pssst " and " No Rinse " that NASA uses, they also make no rinse wipes and body wash..we like the " Pssst " but it leaves a slight white residue..we also really like and Johson Wet/Dry detangler.it's great for not washing the hair everyday and leaves it soft.. > > Hi everyone, > > I really have a hard time washing Grace's hair as often as I'd like with her in > a cast. Guest guest
Thank you! I tried the Tresemme, but I really hated it it. It was totally not made for baby fine hair and leaves the white residue you refer to I was very disappointed.
