Guest guest
Has anyone ever taken their child to tribunal as a witness? Following Fridays farce of an annual review I think I will have to take to the tribunal. The annual review was as I expected it to be, a way of superceding the previous statement with a far more attractive one in respect of 's achievements. Teacher rattled off so many words that can sign it was impossible to keep up unless I was proficient in shorthand. Now I know absolutely that the SENDIST panel can just decide with no proof to back it up that this is true, the only thing would be my insistance that he has not been taught anything. To add insult to injury the Speech therapist who was himself a witness for the LEA last time said at this annual review that the previous glowing report of 's communication was " inaccurate, and grossly exaggerated " yet he had agreed with it at the tribunal. is the only person who can prove conclusively with no shadow of doubt that the whole thing is a lie. Any thoughts please. TIA Vicky
