Guest guest Posted February 28, 2011 Report Share Posted February 28, 2011 Hey everyone- When they say he has a cast rash---does that equal a yeast infection on the skin? He is VERY itchy when the casts come off. I was wondering if I should just try an antifungal on him instead of slathering him in lotion every diaper change.
