Can anyone tell me if you can do anything at all if LEA EP/NHS-OT,SLT formally

assess your child without the knowledge or consent of parents - clearly not good

practice. DS is coming home saying he has been assessed (by NHS etc- people he

doesn't know) and that there are people observing him in lessons which really

bugs him. We are coming up to the Transition Review. Also could anyone point me

to a really good source of independent help for advice on post 16 provision in

SE England.
