Hi, thank you to all of you who gave me such good options, I already had manuka

honey in, so applied that with the idea of going to H & B to get propolis in the

morning, but the manuka seemed to have such a clear effect so quickly that I

have stuck to it. I am saving all the suggestions tho for future ref.

Kieran has now taken to putting his finger under his nose ( mock adolf hitler

moustache pose ), so that his eyes cannot see the cold sore if he looks down -

he looks really comical, but it is also hard to see him so totally distressed by

something which was just a frequent and irritating complaint for me as a child.

I am so chuffed that I can see improvement so quickly. Thanks again to
