(OT) request to sign a petition

Please would you think of signing this petition? They need at least 500

signatures. I know the family affected. They fostered a child born on Orkney who

has a very serious heart defect and they are now having to cope without any

fostering allowance because orkney refuses to pay it any longer and

Cambridgeshire is saying " It's nothing to do with me, Gov. " The situation is a

disgrace.The problem is that ish Law applies to Orkney and English Law to

where the child now lives so the English courts have no power to order Orkney to

do anything.
