took periactin for a while when he was younger. The only concern I had

was that is has listed as potential side effects: leukopenia,

agranulocytosis(neutropenia), thrombocytopenia...they are rare adverse

reactions, but with

already haivng leukopenia/agranulocytisis, we were sure to monitor his

counts more regualrly. He's never had platelet problems, but we did watch

those,

as well.
