Hi ,

My daughter has been GF/CF for 4 years ( we use Houston Enzynes as well)

but I am now cautiously trying to expand her diet to see what she can handle.

We have reintroduced oats with no apparent reaction or digestion issues and I

have been told that cheese made from raw milk is much easier for humans to

digest.

Can anyone share if they use Raw Dairy and how they feel about the health

concerns of doing so? It is banned in Scotland having been blamed for a

previous health scare.

Also has anyone successfully left the GF/CF diet for good ?

Many Thanks,

Butterfly

I have been very allergic to dairy for years. so was DF for over 30 years.. I find that goats milk and cheese is the easiest of the dairies to begin to reintroduce... remember though that dairy is very acidic.. and milk is designed for babies... so it is OK to have dairy free kids.. the calcium etc can be easily found in other food sources- Red 23 do some good raw organic dairy stuff.. which is expensive and clean too.

Best wishes
