HRH __________________________________________ The International Spine Study Group (ISSG) is conducting a study to test the Scoliosis Research Society (SRS), Lumbar Stiffness Disability Index (LSDI), and Distress and Risk Assessment Method (DRAM) questionnaires. The purpose of this study is to establish " normative data " , that is, how a typical person, without spinal deformity and no history of spinal surgery, would respond to the questions. Eligibility for participation includes below: Age 18 years or greater No prior spine surgery No prior spine fracture or spinal cord injury No prior diagnosis of scoliosis Not currently being evaluated or treated by a healthcare professional for back pain or back problems No prior hip or knee surgery No prior amputation of upper or lower extremity No history of cancer No history of neurologic disease (Parkinson's, dementia or Alzheimer's disease, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, etc) Your participation involves answering the questionnaires via links provided below. Submission of your questionnaire concludes your participation in the study. SRS-22r LSDI DRAM There is no payment to you for completing the questionnaire. There are no costs to you as a result of participation. Completing this questionnaire is VOLUNTARY.
