Car Seat causing pressure sores

Allright, my mother is constantly implying that my daughter's cast sore is

caused by the amount of time she is spent in the car seat. We live 40 minutes

from town, and go to town about 4 times a week to run errands and work. How

long do your casted kids spend in the carseat and have the doctors ever

mentioned limiting time in the carseat?.
