What has helped the most with touch sensitivity?

Hello

Im asking since many autistics have issues with clothing and what

types of clothing they will wear if at all.

For those on gf/cf (some sf) diets what else can be done for tactile

sensitivity?

Air conditioning hurts as it literally moves the hairs on my skin

which bothers me severely.

Now my (supposedly NT) nephew is starting to resit changing from

jimjams to day clothes.

Any ideas what can help with this?
