Guest guest
Thanks to Isobel for hosting the Battersea parents group today with Scotson as speaker. I'm so excited and inspired by , it was a fascinating talk. There is a new edge to my interest as I shared briefly with the other mums there. In December I did a 3 day course focused on techniques to overcome ME. I had suffered from ME for 15 years. Having implemented the techniques taught I now no longer have ME. When I have more time I will share more about this, however I mention it here as Scotson was saying exactly the same things as Gerri de Vries who offers the Diamond training that I did last month, and having seen the amazing results in myself my mind had naturally turned to how this type of approach (ie addressing the neurology and the vital role of effective breathing) could help my son. I believe TST (although a quite different technique to Diamond training) is one approach that does this very effectively. Charlotte ps: I will be discussing with Gerri de Vries her own thoughts on how her programme could help autism, meanwhile, the Diamond training is primarily a very effective training for recovering from ME. If anyone on here has any questions or would like Gerri's contact no. feel free to contact me off list. (a website is under construction).
