Guest guest
I was sitting around yesterday watching my daughter eat a cereal bar. She bit off a bite that was a little larger than what she could handle. She started acting like she was going to choke. So, I had to put my finger in and take it out of her mouth. Then, the horrible thought struck me!!!!! IF she were to ever get badly choked for some reason, how would I help her? I couldn't do the Heimlich on her when she is wearing a cast. And IF we were in a car accident (God-forbid), and she needed CPR, how would they do it on her with this cast on? I know that this cast is necessary and that it is saving her life. But, these thoughts are also scary. Anyone ever thought of this? Or am I just being paranoid? - , mom of Abby (16 months) 48* down to 17* in first cast
