Guest guest
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jq--75v4lI8 za, thanks for posting this on facebook It just gave me some random idea.... The chicken pox virus is part of the herpes family. I know that when the chicken pox spots go the virus itself migrates to the spine and stays there, usually inactive. When the immune system is under stress later on in life that same virus can migrate back out of its hiding place but this time reappears on the skin as shingles.... I wonder, the cranial nerve which works the voice box....could it be paralyzed by one of the herpes viruses. I am always amazed how suddenly kids with autism start to speak. When it does happen it often comes out over night it seems. I think often of the boy who went with his father to Mongolia, rode with the horses and breakthrough...the child started to speak out of the blue. Well when you ride a horse, bouncing up and down, you're sucking in and exchanging a LOT of oxygen, more so than with more normal exercise. Oxygen is the enemy of a virus. Hmm I wonder if there's a connection there somewhere.... Anyway, just some thoughts for a Monday morning...... x
