I didn't have any potassium citrate to hand (which I always have normally) and didn't manage to get any until a few hours later - by which time I was almost completely OK. All I'd had was the teaspoon of silva.This really surprises me and I have a long history of bladder probs. I have never had cystitis disappear and especially the sort that threatens for a few days they jumps up and bites. You don't really expect it to just go suddenly when you know it has just taken hold. It's strange because we've used colloidal silver quite a bit in the past but it never worked effectively, at least not on infections that later needed antibiotics. But it was always the silver in the blue bottle that we had and this is different.I have been taking 1 tsp twice per day since Thursday pm.
