Many of you forwarded pictures to me and I was so excited about your progress! Unfortunately Microsoft FrontPage is a pain in the ass and my attempts to post the new and updated site went with MUCH resistance. However, perseverence prevailed and the ALL NEW Power-4-Life Fitness Fighters group site is up. There are many new and improved bodies out there. Congratulations to and Jimmy, Kit and many others who have successfully completed the first and/or last stage of their transformation. I look to post so new and improved pictures of myself very soon!
