I take Phen free. Some people tolerate it better than others. I take 3 in

the morning then 2 more before my mid morning meal then 2 more before my

lunch. None after that so that I can sleep. I take them 4 days a week and

take a week off from them at the end of each month.

Your body will learn to adapt from them also unless you take a break from

them once in a while. But I definitely notice a difference with them.

Phen-Free. Good stuff. Gotta take it more often though. Take 2 first thing in

the morning as soon as you are outta bed and able to stumble to a glass of

water. Take two between your morning meals. Take two between your afternoon

meals. Take two before each workout. Don't take any after 4-6pm or after your

4th meal so that you won't be caffiened out before bed.

I personally don't recommend taking more than two pills at a dose because it

has a tendency to make your stools really soft and loose and possible all out

diarhea. I also don't recommend taking it every day for the same reason.

Something like 4 days a week is reasonable and if you think you can handle it

and aren't experiencing any of the afformentioned side effects, then go for 5

days a week. Cardio days are the best if you have to choose what days to

take it.

That's my more than 2 cents worth.

Oh my GOD you've gotta be kidding! I tried taking 2 yesterday

as soon as I got up (before cardio) and 2 just before lunch. I was SO

wired for the rest of the afternoon I thought I was going to explode.

Crashed hard around 10pm though... I'm a fairly big guy but I dunno

if I can handle 6 in a day. I don't drink coffee or anything to I'm

not used to huge amounts of caffiene.

Hmmm... I'm thinking I'll probably keep taking it on cardio days only

and then a maximum of 4. Any more than that and I'll be climbing the

walls.

We all know that the best way-perhaps the only way-to get the body to

surrender its fat stores (something it clearly hates to do) is through

exercise and reduced calorie intake.

We also know, however, that the body is particularly adept at adjusting its

own internal systems in the face of exercise and, particularly, reduced food

intake. It does this, of course, by adjusting to the exercise (thus the need

to increase intensity) and by slowing down the metabolism (which consequently

slows down fat burning). It's a perfectly natural survival instinct of the

body. You see, in the face of fewer calories coming in, the body would much

rather slow down the metabolism than give up the fat stores.

This is one of the main reasons why when you start out on a fat loss program

you tend to make very good progress in the short term maybe for a few weeks

or a month but you eventually reach a point where progress tapers off

significantly. This is the body reacting and adjusting in a way that,

unfortunately, hampers further fat reduction.

gets it going again. It also gives you needed energy for the day since where

reduced calorie nutrition plan lacks.

Check with EAS. They have advised only four days and the suggestion on not taking all day long is to preserve your ability to sleep. Many are okay if they stop mid afternoon. People differ. I am surprised the 4 day limitation is not on the bottle.

Suggested use on the bottle says:

As a dietary supplement, take 2 to 4 capsules 2 to 3 times daily, 30 minutes

before meals and/or exercise, no more than 4 days per week. Do not exceed 12

capsules per day. After each 4-week period of use, suspend for 1 week prior to

continuing.

Yes, but I'm Canadian eh and we don't get to use the same stuff as the US. Often times our ingredients and labeling is completely different. In fact, I can't even call EAS. I have to go through a distributor here in Canada to get information. I'll see if I can get their number and give them a call!

And so far I don't seem to have a problem with sleeping :)

Once I took it right before lunch on an aerobics day and boy was I awake that evening - I got the laundry done and cleaned that bathrooms. (I think I might take it twice once a week!)
