Guest guest
Audrey's started grabbing things and bringing them to her mouth to explore them! Totally normal for her age, I know, but still a pretty cool milestone to watch her meet! We went to Vancouver Saturday to spend time with my sister who was visiting from out of town. It was a big and busy day, with lots of driving and lots of new things - Audrey did GREAT! She was so cute in the Dim Sum restaurant - we gave her a chopstick to play with: infantile scoliosis treatment/photos/album/310084814/pic/162\ 8111462/view?picmode= & mode=tn & order=ordinal & start=1 & count=20 & dir=asc She's also giggling a lot more these days - especially when I tell her " Mommy's going to eat you up! " and go crazy kissing her chubby chin/neck. And she rocked trick or treating with the big kids last night - didn't fuss at all even though it meant we were out past her bedtime! > > Reminder from: infantile scoliosis treatment Group > infantile scoliosis treatment/cal > > Challenge time! > Monday November 1, 2010 > All Day > (This event repeats every month on the first Monday.) > > Notes: > I challenge you to tell us something GREAT about your child that is not medically related. Guest guest
Last night, Addie said to me " So, how are the Phillies doing? " .We had been watching the World Series a little while earlier, and for this baseball fan, it was *great* to hear her ask me about a baseball team. (Unfortunately, I'm a Padres fan, so her asking about another team didn't thrill me, but, it was still really cute). - 's Dad - 3 years old in January, 47*, waiting for an appointment in SLC On Mon, Nov 1, 2010 at 8:15 PM, <pkfamily7@...> wrote: " got " Halloween this year. Guest guest
This is darling! What a lil smartie. Tights ARE really just sockpants, right! Precious. Liv actually stood up to a (big) bully at school that was picking on another small kid the other day. She made a direct comment to this bully in front of the whole class! " Does it make you feel better to pick on someone so much smaller than yourself? The bully had no reply and just sunk down into her seat. Whoo hoo! 1 point Liv, 0 points bully. Thats my girl.... Guest guest
Thanks Chrissy. She'll probably roll her eyes at me, but I will. She is such a teenager now and I feel like Im walking on egg shells with her sometimes. She's a toughie and Im trying to tone down the ever present attitude. I remember being in the 7th grade and it was rough but so far, she seems to be handling her own, and I am so grateful for that. She is still on the Honor Roll and very social, which is wonderful since she has spent so much time in hospital. I think shes making up for it now! HRH > That is awesome!
