I need a coach.

I am in my 6th week, and am ready to quit. The first 4 weeks I did

everything - I planned, I ate right, I had excellent workouts, I did

great! I went from 34.5% bodyfat to 33.1% in 4 weeks. But last week,

I kinda gave up. I started eating a ton of fast food everyday, and

although I did my workouts, they weren't that great. I've even started

smoking (again).

Yesterday I got my BF% tested, and it is back up to 34%. They also

took my measurements, and they have been changing - in the wrong

direction. I lied to the trainer and told her I was on my period, and

I was retaining water. That couldn't be farther from the truth.

I always sabotage my progress, and I am so sick and tired of doing

that! My free days are on Saturdays, so Sunday I am ready to get back

into this program. I am ready to stop smoking, to eat right, and to

get back to the gym! I have only gone ONCE this entire week. I am so

ashamed. I am going to read Bill's book again tonight and watch the

Success Stories I video again (that's the only one I have). I wish

someone could help me stick with this for the other 6 weeks. If I make

it through this challenge, I want to continue with other challenges!
