Guest guest
Hey , If you like spicy hot, perhaps you should try these: very very spicy and very fast. I have also made these ahead and refrigerated them, then eaten them cold the next day... Hot and spicy shrimp New Orleans style (these are messy peel and eat) (the small amount of butter in this may be illegal, it only adds a tiny amount of fat to the whole thing, or you could substitute olive oil, I have never tried that, however...I just don't worry about this small amount of fat ) 1/2 cup fat free-Caesar dressing (fat free Lighthouse brand is best if you have it) 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon dried oregano 1 tablespoon paprika 1 tablespoon dried rosemary 1 tablespoon dried thyme 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (like Tabasco or other red-hot sauce) 5 bay leaves 3 garlic cloves, minced 2 pounds large shrimp (peels left on) 1/3 cup dry white wine lemon wedges Dump first 11 ingredients in a large nonstick skillet, bring to a boil. Add shrimp, cook 7 minutes stirring occasionally. Add the wine, cook one minute or until shrimp is done....About 4 or 5 servings depending on portion size..serve with lemon wedges, and rice or your favorite carb portion...and a big towel!! these are messy and fun! Protein: 35 grams, Carb: 2 gm Fat: 9 Gm I got this one from Cooking Light, Hope you enjoy... a
