Guest guest
I get some carbs back in my next meal, but I don't worry about it too much since I'm going to bed about 4-5 hours after I workout. I didn't have anything in addition to the drink. Remember, I've only tried it one time. I'll be having another one tonight. This is what the label says as far as describing the drink: SHAKE WELL Isopure. Liquid protein. Cruystal clear steel. Bottled detonation. Nothing like it. Ever. Ion Exchange Whey Protein so pure you can't see it. Instant ignition. Mach 3 recovery. Sweetened with aspartame-free Sucralose, the only lower calorie sweetener made from sugar. Preservative free. Lactose free. Fat free and no artificial flavors. Supplement Facts: 160 Calories 0 fat, cholesterol, sugar, carbs 40g protein 55mg Calcium 80mg Sodium 45mg Potassium A-be A-be A-be That's all folks. - In a message dated 25-May-00 14:50:12 Eastern Daylight Time, kit.keyes@... writes: << a, Just finished a Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich, (lean body bar). Haven't tried the Isopure. Nic, don't you need to replace carbs right after a weight workout as well as protein? Do you have something in addition to the drink? How long do you recover after a whole body workout before you lift again? Kit :=) >>
