Lilias was pleased with the Blue Ice fermented CLO with A & D when I spoke to her at conference. Dr K said at conference this type of Vit A is helpful for puberty, helps regulate the testosterone.

I think they sell it at Red23

FWIW

Margaret,

It has been a while since I looked into this - years ago, in fact but when I did, here are the ones that I finally ended up buying:

I found that Kirkman's CLO was good (it is not that great tasting but they do have lemon fishy flavour) and it was sold through Nutricentre.  Now we use Nordic Naturals CLO Gummies.  They are pretty tasty ( doesn't like them but he will eat them), a bit tangy but edible.  They are also available through Nutricentre.

Also, I bought Alaskan Wild Polar Power Wild Sockeye Salmon Oil through Mandimart - it claims that it's the only whole food fish oil supplement available complete with all the natural fatty acids and Vitamins A & D.  It seems really good but it tastes nasty.  I have put it in ice cream and it's palatable for that way.

I personally take Kirkman's CLO capsules that I order from Nutricentre.

All the best,

Darla

Could you please advise what is the best cod liver oil and whether the nutricentre stocks it?Margaret

Thanks , we were using Nordic Narurals but then I found out it had lost most of

its Vitamin D - not useful for Winter.

we use StClemens one, sold by Healthspan.co.uk - it has a nice taste, not fishy, and fantastic price
