Guest guest
OK, I just got my annual raise: 25 cents. I am furious! The reason my raise was so low was due to " frequent tardies " . This is so inaccurate! I do miss more work than the usual employee b/c I run my daughter's in-home program and it is a priority. I always make sure someone is covering me and I have had conversations with my boss/co- workers and they all SEEMED so understanding. How am I supposed to do this (work, work and work)?? I have 2 NT kids in addition to my autistic girl and the father is *somewhat* helpful but he doesn't help enough and spends the majority of his time complaining. I have just applied to become an independant medicaid provider here in Ohio so I can work with autistic kids in their homes but I will be self employed and have all of the problems that go along with running your own business (been there done that!) Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!--
