(Those of you who went to Columbus probably got their thick magazine). Anyway, they are running a contest that you have up til 8/20/00 to complete. They allow you up to 16 weeks to finish. {but 8/20/00 is 15 1/2 weeks away). They don't require you to buy any specific products. But do require you to take before and after pictures and call them so they can send you an entry packet. Their # is 1-877-687-9637 and they will send you the packet free. I mention this not to sway people out of BFL but figured that some of you may be more driven or inspired if you felt you had a chance to do well in 2 contests at once. Neither EAS or Body International have a rule that says you can't compete in any other contest. Some of the transformation contests such as Max Muscle do. If doing a simultaneous contest pushes you to greater transformation I'm all for it. The Body International contest is much much much smaller and they only give away trips from 241vactions.com. They will have 50winners in all but all that enter get their name printed in the Body International Magazine. If you are interested, keep in mind that they require your before pics to be from the front, side, and back and you must be holding that days " USA Today " newspaper.
