Guest guest
Life is not easy for any of us, but what of that? We must have perseverance and, above all, confidence in ourselves. Discover day to day excitement stretch your hands as far as they reach grab all that you can grab, there is no end to the adventures we can have if we seek them with our eyes open. We are all wanderers on this earth. Our hearts are full of wonder, and our souls are deep with dreams. Let us follow our destiny, ebb and flow. Whatever may happen, we master fortune by accepting it. Be not afraid of life. Believe that life is worth living and your belief will help create the fact. As I approach week 11 and near the end of this journey I can only reflect back on the past 13 weeks, I must say THANK YOU to the entire group for I have learned so much from all of you and it has been a source of encouragement for me to continue. Its funny the roads that life takes a friend recommends a book to read because he is concerned about your health, you buy the book and actually read it. The transformation begins because you know the words of the author have substance just by looking at yourself in the mirror, you begin to wonder what you could look like but you remain skeptical. You check out an Internet site and read a Guestbook and find some one from your home town and e-mail them they invite you to join a group of highly motivated and sometimes a little crazy people. ( THANKS GLOE ) You actually take a major step toward the decision to get healthier by sighing up for the challenge and joining the group. Then you find that this group of people have the same life challenges and hang ups, concerns, questions etc that you do and you begin to tell yourself that if they can do it so can you. The day comes when the entire group accepts you and embraces what you are striving to achieve for yourself and your family, they ask you to step up and step out of your comfort zone and take the challenge one step further buy helping others. You pass along some Thoughts and then your asked to continue to keep passing them at this point you accept the challenge not knowing if you can really do it and at the same time help others. Over time you realize that maybe just one has benefited a little and that gives you fuel to continue. You find that their are a couple of individuals who you accept as mentors and wish to be like, ( THANKS NICOLE, KIRK, PATRICK,LINDA, LAURY, TAZ, GLOE, CARRIE, AND OF COURSE ZZZ ) and everybody else in the group. The knowledge that has been passed along is now beginning to emerge in the transformation that has taken place the results are not what was first visioned but none the less it is a major difference from the beginning. In closing I would like to say that If You Think You Can You Can, If You Think You Can't You Can't. I am only one; still I am one. I cannot do everything, but still I can do something. I will not refuse to do the something I can do. God Bless and Keep the Vision Champions! One Team One Dream Walt : )) PS See you in VEGAS. ________________________________________________________________ YOU'RE PAYING TOO MUCH FOR THE INTERNET! Juno now offers FREE Internet Access!
