Guest guest
Hi , When my hubby was a non BFLifer, I served him up balanced nutritious meals and like Jen's man, he didn't even notice. Many years ago when I went to my first dance class, as I pulled into the driveway, my husband and son came running out to the car cheering. As I got out, I said to them, " Wow this is nice - you guys really missed me, right? " And they said, " No not really. We're starving! " This confirmed what I've always known, the men in my house would rather eat potato peelings on toast than make a meal themselves! Leaner. Guest guest
Hey, in Bill's book has a three teared char that has foods in 3 groups broken up. Has anyone see that chart online, I used to use that chart to pic one thing from each column for my meals. I gave the book away and lost the copy of that chart! ;-( The Sarge

And the other is my favorite and I haven't had it since December when I finished my first round. Portobello Mushrooms sauteed in garlic butter served next to a 48hr marinated thick piece of Angus Beef that is slowed cooked on my grill. Mmmmmmmmmmm! Guest guest
Yes, that's the chart I was referring to. That was my mainstay in Round 7 last year. That along with remembering that we are to have portion sizes no bigger than our fists.

Guest guest
Bring it on! I'm actually supposed to go to the SouthEast BFL Meeting in Miami this weekend, but I'm not sure I'll go. Jeff Seidman will be there. It's just that it's no one from our group. It's people from the club and I don't participate there much. I really wanted to be in Vegas with all of our Warriors!!!!!!! Talk to you soon,
Guest guest
Sarge - If you can, you should still go to the meeting even though none of your group will be there! When the Vegas meeting happened, I barely knew anyone. But all of the people who will be there are just like us! You'd still have a great time! Everyone who came here (Vegas) was extremely nice and I was very glad I went. Do it!!!
Guest guest
Sarge: Oh, and you are still planning on coming to the Las Vegas get together in October, aren't ya? How about the rest of you?

I don't care if I have to walk and have my legs wore down to bloody stumps and scabs on my knuckles from my hands draggin. I will be there!
