I have been afraid to use the EAS Myoplex because it is whey based and has some lactose in it, and instead have been using Met-RX which is lactose-free. The Met-RX gives me absolutely no problems, but we would like to support Bill's company since he is the catalyst for our change. I have about zero lactose tolerance...
