Hi Ursual. This is and we have changed our e-mail address. Our

old address was TSMITH0872@.... The new address is sandraismith@....

My son who is now 5 has a pneumococcal deficiency and severe food and

environmental allergies. His pneum. counts had been steadily increasing, so we

thought we would be the lucky ones who just grow out of things. Unfortunately,

our latest results were quite a blow, with his pnemo count back to almost zero.

So I guess it is time to reassess where we are heading and what we should do.

Does anyone in the group have any insight on how/why he has gone from almost

" protective " to nothing in less than a year?

Also looking for some insight on Section 504 plans that parents have put in

place for their children. We are currently homeschooling while trying to

educate our school district on PIDS and chemical illness. So far it has been a

struggle.

Thanks again for this great group, it is really wonderful to have other people

to talk to when life throws you a curve ball.
