Guest guest
This Beauvais is a very angry woman. She claims many things that have no basis in fact. There was never any public record of provcen fraud or abuse there was only a suit filed by a disgruntled patient looking to extort money from my insurance company. My insurance company decided unilaterally to settle with these patients. I personally was opposed to settle any suit. I desired a trial where all my parents who were very happy with the services I performed for their children would tell their sories. As far as any substance abuse. You will find if you look into greater detail that because of the many stresses in my life I needed sleeping pills every night. That was the substance abuse. Ms. Beauvais knows nothing about my treatment and yet she is spilling her venom to this group. The detox program that was so expensive at my center encompassed 8 hours per day, 5 days per week for 4 weeks. Does this compare to any treatment that this woman is talking about. It is always to compare apples and apples. During these days the child also received IV chelation or nutritional therapy daily. As far as any licensed staff members: we had RN's at times but mostly only certified medical assistants snd an unlicensed MD as well as my services. There is no sworn testimony of patient abuse in any form except from the mother trying to extort money from my insurance company. None other. What won't you stick to the truth not your opinions. You slip in untruths all the time. I guess you expect your othjer parent members to believe everything you say. For the life of me I don't know why they would believe you when so many untruths have been told so far. Only accusations are available. Isn't an individual innocent till proven guilty. Why don't I get the same benefit. The settlements were not made by me and are in no way an admission of guilt- please get that point straight. My last comment is that I joined this group to advise and help the parents of autistic children who are interested in my opinion. Sincerely, Dr. Edelson B. Edelson, M.D., F.A.A.E.M. P.O.
