There are those days that you know advocacy and networking

truly work because you see the results immediately. Systematic change is

important and is the core for making a difference in the future; however, ever

so often an immediate reward of knowledge that you made a difference is undeniably

and instantly gratifying.

It took awhile; political walls were strong and intolerant
