Guest guest
Hello, just reading about composting scobies and I want to ask about composting them in the winter. We are in S Michigan-we get COLD here and I have a compost bin that is a bit full at the moment as the temps are low and it is not cooking fast at this time. I have never, yet, put a scoby in the bin and wonder if it would compost well at 25 degrees and lower? I would think it would freeze as other things are doing. Would love to here a little feed back. lorraine
