Guest guest
Hi Marge and Melody, I like my kefir very thick. It seems to take a bit longer to get it that way. I always use a strainer. I never bang my plastic strainer. I take my large Tupperware spoon and stir the kefir and kefir grains until the kefir flows through to the large dish under the strainer. That works fine and really does not take too long. I'm busy planning what to do when I can no longer get fresh goat milk. I thought I'd use my grains to make coconut kefir. I'll use low fat coconut milk because the high fat stuff would increase my waist to unhealthy proportions ) Does anyone have any ideas for me?
