Just make sure your cloth cover doesn't get wet.

Zoe, have you ever had a problem with the cloth getting wet? I mean as

in mold growing on it or something of that nature. I just started a

brew and it is really full and the cloth did get wet in an area and it

dried very quickly. I guess I should change the cloth ,eh.

Also as I brewed my tea this last time I found what looked like

yeasties in my tea. I strained it and had a tiny glump in the strainer.

I guess I did not use hot enought water to clean the pot last time? It

looked normal so I just put a scoby in and am brewing it anyways.

I will keep close eye on this one.
