Guest guest Posted December 11, 2007 Report Share Posted December 11, 2007 I've been making kombucha for months now, and drinking it pretty regularly. Usually it seems I don't brew it long enough and it is sweet. I finally started brewing it longer, and I had a " stronger " batch and drank a full glass the past few evenings and woke up in the early a.m. with really bad heartburn. Yesterday it went away when I got up and around, today I was sidelined a lot...can this be common and last all day? Should I look for another reason?
