FW: Special Diets Workshop

The Autism Support Project is hosting a seminar this Saturday on dietary

interventions for children with autism. There will be a panel discussion

by Gordon Bourland, PhD, BCBA, Mika Bradford, Constantine A. Kotsanis,

M.D., & Owens on special diets (gluten free, casein free, etc.),

followed by a cooking demonstration by Dr. Kotsanis and his staff where

they will give each participant a copy of their cookbook of collected

GF/CF recipes. There will also be goody bags full of catalogs, coupons

and samples given to all participants. The workshop is this Saturday,

October 25th from 9 am ??? 12:30 pm in Carrollton. The cost is $30 ($20
