Hi, and thanks, Jim, I have pasted all the instructions out and will

get any ingredients I havent got yet today.

I'm really looking forward to making this Ginger Beer. I don't like any of

the bought fizzy drinks anyway and dislike coke and pepsi.

I'm sure Kombucha straightens out your tastebuds ;-)

I'll let you know how I get on with this new experiment.

I can see one problem looming in my kitchen : running out of space.

I'll have to ask the Kombucha jars to shove over slightly and make

space for a new friend! ;-)
