WOW Thanks Zoe!!!!

How big does a scoby need to be to brew. The one I have is bigger in

circumference than my container. It has buckled and a small portion is not

covered by liquid. Should I have cut it in half? or is it fine. The part that

is not in the liquid is brown leather looking.
