Way way way too much vinegar

My latest batches of KT have been sitting on the kitchen counter

unattended for over a month now. There was a family crisis and I have

been home only long enough to snatch some sleep and tend to my cats.

So I assume I have 2 gallons of vinegar. What can I do with 2 gallons

of vinegar? And are my scobies dead from all the acid?

This is my first post.
