Guest guest Posted November 28, 2007 Report Share Posted November 28, 2007 hello, i'm a new member of the original kombucha community.. so let me jus introduce myself.. i'm Deepika from chennai-India, doing my masters in microbiology.. i'm in my final semester.. i've got to do an individual project this sem. i was fasinated by kombucha tea n planned to do my project on it but unfortunately my guide n other professors whom i can look up to have not heard abt kombucha and are unable to direct me.... so i desperately seek your help.... i started off with my project buti'm gettin stuck here n there....i would like to know if there are any invitro tests available to prove any of health benefits...there are many health benefits but how can we prove them??? n can you please name the tests available to prove the components of kombucha tea.....i'll be very grateful for all your help...
