How very interesting. I guess considering how many kids no longer have milk with their meals, we'll be seeing a whole generation of prematurely gray kids!! I've had a bone density test. I have better density than women half my age and I'm post-menopausal. Lang* I don't know if it is related to calcium deficiency myself. However, whether or not kids are drinking milk is not going to predicate their calcium intake. Pasteurized milk is not a good provider of calcium. The calcium is changed by being heated and most of it is not able to be absorbed by the body. Besides which, milk products are not the only source of dietary calcium. Bone density can be affected very much by how much stress exercise on performs as well. Bones are strengthened when we exercise as well. Too many variables in this question. Blessings, Jill!
