Guest guest
Silani, If memory serves, there's a series of extremely funny books by a lady called Lillian Beckwith. She went to live in the Hebrides and wrote some *<very funny books>* about it. In one she wrote about seaweed as either a top dressing or like manure in trenches. I can't remember if the Jane concerned is on this list or NTUK, but if it's this one she might be able to confirm, being on Islay. Feel free to keep me up to speed Offlist so as not to clutter the group posts Nn. England. Give himself a clip around the ear'ole for doubting (He's not <called> is he? {;-)) , I'm just at the stage of assembling everything for my seaweed tea. My husband can't decide whether to be amused or embarrassed at my plan to take the wheelbarrow down to the beach to get seaweed, then lay it out in the driveway to wash and dry it. ___________________________________________________________ Answers - Got a question?
