Guest guest
Jim, I was friends with Joanie, the victim, had met her mother, and also knew her children. She used to work with me. I have been to her baby showers and attended her first's baby dedication. It is a sad and tragic loss. Her ex-husband is (was?) my Vice Principal. I know it sounds like a cliche', but he doesn't seem the type to do such a thing. I have not always seen eye to eye with him, but he is a great VP. Guest guest
I just got home from work and missed the news (as usual) and will probably be fast asleep by the time the 10 o'clock news comes on. What happened in Bakersfield today? Guest guest
Thanks..how tragic. I did find an article on about it. Here is more information if anyone wants to read it. I deal with death everyday as a nurse...you never get used to it, especially when innocent victims are involved. It just makes me mad, sad and frustrated at how selfish some people can be. I will add the family and friends of that family to my prayer list..it seems to be growing lately.
