I realized I had some passionfruit nectar I'm not inclined to use anytime soon, so I figured why waste it! I added like a 1/2 cup of sugar to make up for any missing sugars. Fermentation using 1/4 cup starter KT and a mushroom piece that was 1 " x1 " took only 5 days to produce a 1/4 " SCOBY! And the KT is out of this world! And the fizziest batch yet!
