I am on day 8 of my second five gallon brew and a couple of things are a little weird...wondering if anyone else has had a brew with little to no flavor..My scoby has ugly grey/brown blobular blemishes that i really dont think are mold(no fuzz) and is hovering midway in jug after tumbling to the bottom when i put it back in after I bottled my last batch...a new thin almost clear scoby is forming on top...I seem to have some carbonation, but the flavor of the kt is bland and watered down tasting...the first batch was waaaaaay too sweet so i have less sugar by quite a bit this time, same water, same tea, same scoby, same jug....not much flavor....anyone with any ideas??
