It's white, taller than a wooden barrel, but not quite as round. Now THAT would make a lot of KT! I'm going to use it to make a seaweed " tea " for my garden, and will probably put a few scobys in there. Has anyone made seaweed kombucha for organic garden fertilizer? If so, how did it work?
