Applications and RSVP a must.

As I’ve received so many e-mails with questions, I am

putting together a generic e-mail which I hope answers all questions. If not

e-mail me or phone. Thanks for all your interest. I am attaching an application

which I am required to turn in before I can get materials for you so please

make sure you get this to me by Oct 31, 2004. The cost is free but

because a space is reserved for you we are asking for a commitment to the 12

series. Parents and professionals are welcome and space is limited. You will

notice Nov 9, Nov 30, and Dec 7, are the only three dates in 2004. In 2005 the

schedule is the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month.
