!

Congratulations on your wonderful news!

And welcome to Washington! A very nice place to live too.

When you need a DS support meeting we are only a 2 hour drive away

here in Tacoma.

Wishing you the very best.

, what about me??????????????????????? I'm so crushed. :)

I am SOOOOOOO happy for you , my friend! You are such a wonderful

person that you deserve all the happiness that life can give you.

I've been remembering you in my prayers, and I'll add Tom and your move

to my prayers.

Fessing up -

Okay, I have been a little behind in my posts and have skimmed a lot.

Sorry

if I have missed anything really good or not replied to something I

should

have. I have been a busy girl lately. Thankfully, there are only 7

school days

left. Whew!

I have been seeing someone lately. He happens to be an old friend from

high

school. Some of you have met Tom. He came down from Washington to be my

caregiver during my hernia/brachioplasty/breast augmentation surgery. He

attended the

May support group meeting. We are now engaged and I plan to move to

Washington this summer (another reason for being busy). I have been

anxious about

posting because this has already caused problems within my family, but

then you

guys are like family too, so I thought I would share.

I will miss being able to attend the meetings. It has been a very

positive

thing in my life. I will probably become a little more active on the

board as a

result. Maybe not a bad thing? As my support person Tom may interact

with the

group from time to time. He was very much impressed with my DS family

that he

met at the hospital and at the meeting.

in Bako (at least for now)

...I am counting on the fact that you still have family here

and you will make return visits to Bako. Scheduled to fall on the

second Tuesday of the Month, perhaps around pool party time!!!

Tom's a lucky man.

Hugs

Just for the record...the above " lol " went with Allowing Tom to stay

and not with the decription of the lovely ring! Sometimes just

puts sentences where they want to and not where I tell them.
