Guest guest
I am interested in this as well. My 16, 14, and 12 yo and I drink a lot of KT, upwards of about a gallon per day combined. We try to get quite a bit of water in as well, but in the summer KT satisfies much better! Chrissie May you always live with the knowledge of the Father's joy and delight in YOU!! Guest guest
Hi Marsha and EveryOne, While it is usually a good idea to start out slowly when you begin Kombucha tea, there is no agreed upon amount of Kombucha that one should take during a day. Some people stay with a small wine glass and others drink over a quart a day. Go by how you feel.... The woman who died of Acidosis was Diabetic and chances are the Acidosis was a consequence of her Diabetes and other serious illnesses. Her death was never found to be caused by Kombucha although that _rumor_ has spread for years.....it is not true! If a diabetic dies from acidosis, I can assure you that is a person who screwed up when it came to managing the illness -- - May the Holy Spirit dance in our hearts!
