Jess Hawkins with ATHA is pretty good. Her business is done as a sort of

co-op thing where you pay an entrance fee and then the treatments and vials

are relatively inexpensive. She used to only take other patients on referral

from another " co-op member " but that may have changed. If she still requires

that, you can tell her I referred you, though we haven't seen her in quite

awhile so may have fallen off her list. She's on Sherwood Lane in the

610/290 area. (713) 263-0098.

If you're willing to travel to Arlington, Dr. Kathi Maher (817) 640-0032 is

extraordinarily good. She does a combo NAET/TBM allergy treatment that

usually works faster and is much longer lasting. In about five years, we've

only had to retreat a few items and all of our previous allergies that she's

treated now test non-reactive even with conventional testing.

There is a Dr Barnett who is also at ATHA on Sherwood and Cameron and

I

started seeing him. He is very nice and seems very capable.

Too, there is another DC here in Houston named Billie off the

610

Loop and Bellaire who charges more money per visit but has a

different

approach to NAET which a friend of mine prefers to the more

traditional ATHA

group NAET .

Dr martin claims he can clear the allergies while you are there in

his office

and there is no need to avoid the offending product at all after the

visit. I don't

know how he does that. He charges almost triple what the ATHA group

charge . I cannot attest to what he does but my friend was very

impressed and

she is not easily moved to refer people.

We have chosen to stay with ATHA and Dr Barnett.
